Help! I deleted a very important file! Can you restore it?

We perform nightly backups of each VPS as standard. If you require files restoring from these backups, please give us the full path to the file, and we can try to restore it. Note that we do not maintain historic backups, so if you deleted a file more than 24 hours ago, it is unlikely we will be able to retrieve it.

We highly recommend you maintain your own backups. We can offer off-site FTP backup storage starting at just £3 or $5 per month.
