One-Time Incident
- Fix any and all services, scripts, etc. in one incident.
- Professional advice on keeping your server running optimally. Ask all the questions you'd like.
There is a 1 hour minimum charge before we fix your server. Additional hours will be charged at a rate of $35/hour, or £25/hour. These additional charges will show in the form of an invoice after work is done if more than 1 hour is needed to fix the problem. We will provide you with an estimated duration before beginning work.
